I have recently ordered books from Ebay, which is a really great source for inexpensive schoolbooks.

When my 7 year old daughter was having a really hard time reading, I bought 80 books for her, and let her have at them on her own. Suddenly, after years of truly struggling with phonics, she was able to read!

In educating children, I think it's really vital to think with each kid - notice what exactly is going on with her, and give her exactly what SHE needs!
