My oldest son has always been a fan of fantasy - he read The Lord of the Rings when he was just 11 years old.
Last week he found Dungeons & Dragons board game at a thrift store. It was 50 cents - how could I say no? Well, he's read the book that came with the game and now he's hooked. I really think the only "dangerous" thing about this game is that it's engrossing and the kids really, really get interested in it. It's not that different from Pokemon, as far as I can tell.
And I think it really does beat Game Boy, hands down!
