Scientology Silent Birth

I have been reading an awful lot about Scientology silent birth practices. I have used the silent birth method in the birthing room, and I found it empowering and wonderful.

Mothers can make noise while in labor. We can speak if necessary. We do, however, ask that others in the birthing room keep the space quiet and peaceful, with as little talking as possible.

A lot of my friends have used the silent birth method, and it has worked out well for them, too. It's just a matter of personal choice, and doing what we feel is best for the child.
