Some of my friends who live in Florida have been helping those whose lives have been interrupted by Hurricane Charley.

One of my friends homeschools her two teenaged daughters, and they have been going out once a week or so. It's a 2-hour drive for them, but her daughters are really insistent that this is what they want to do on their days off of school!
